We are seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Product Owner to facilitate the creation and management of software product requirements, product scope, user stories, requirements traceability, and test cases for the development of .NET/MSSQL based software applications. Candidate will represent client requirements and will use best practice Agile/Scrum methods to capture requirements in user stories and facilitate sessions with developers to define the solution strategies. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, dependable, creative and a quick learner and demonstrate exceptional lateral thinking, communication and team-working skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

Business process analysis and documentation
Requirements and Acceptance Criteria documentation
Sprint scope definition and management
Advanced use of Visio modeling
Data and process mapping, data cleanup management, migration support and data conversions
Management report definition and creation

Job Requirements and Qualifications include:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Scrum Product Owner
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related area
Proven experience in Agile software development philosophy, methodologies, practices, and procedures
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interview business subject matter experts and internet marketing clients to capture requirements and product feedback
Ability to quickly analyze, learn, and document new business processes and concepts. Must be experienced in conducting gap analysis and root cause analysis and recommend alternatives to streamline process flows.
Works well with executives to grasp big picture vision and with operations staff to develop detail-oriented test cases
Ability to represent Business Product owner in design and testing meetings
Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency; ability to maintain all requests, requirements, sprint plans, test cases, and bugs in an Agile/Scrum project management tool.
Strong project management skills in order to organize and implement business process solutions; ability to track and document project deliverables. Project and Product management experience is desirable.
Internet Marketing or Search Engine Optimization experience is desirable
Experience working with MRP/ERP and CRM applications is desirable

Responsibilities:

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day execution of internal and client social media campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail required.
