Just wanted to make a quick post to let readers know that Big Daddy - Google’s new infrastructure - is starting to make its way into the regular index.  I have noticed on a few sites both large increases and decreases in incoming links, pages indexed and even rankings.  Plus there’s lots of chatter on many SEO forums about this.

In light of that my first response is “don’t panic.” Like any Google change, algo or not, this is still early in the process.  It will likely take another week, probably more, to level out.

I know it’s hard to do but you gotta just sit on your hands and resist the urge to make changes until this upgrade is finished.
