Google kicks Gecko butt - way to go Google!
Email This ArticleGoogle recently won in in court against Geico, who was suing them to prevent Adwords from being able to show insurance ads when someone typed in the term “geico”. Thank god they won - if they had lost it could have led to thousands of lawsuits against google and other PPC providers and could have resulted in us losing the rights to use a good portion of the English language in our advertising. After all - what word isn’t part of a copyrighted phrase nowadays?
